a walk/run in support of Easter Seals

Do More seeks to celebrate the everyday moments.
The seemingly small or the undoubtedly big. We believe it is these everyday victories that should be marked and remembered! Let’s celebrate having done a little bit more than the day before.
Do More works to connect, encourage and support.
Do More is about you and me working together. We offer to walk alongside our friends, family, and community on their journey of growth. We don’t just celebrate our victories, but the victories of those in our community as well.
Do More believes in the empowerment of others.
We strive to be a resource to those in our community that need support. We are committed to raising awareness and funds so that Easter Seals can have an even greater impact on kids with physical disabilities.
We want to ensure that anyone anywhere has the opportunity to join! That is why Do More takes place wherever you are. You do not have to follow a particular course or track a specific distance. Your local park or a quiet trail. On an early morning stroll or an evening run as the sunsets. Participate on your own or join a team and celebrate doing more together. So, pick a location, find a time and do more together for a great cause. Gather with friends and family, to walk, run, ride or roll this Sunday, June 12th, 2022.

A trusted partner and champion since 1922, Easter Seals Ontario is proud to be marking 100 years of changing the world for kids with physical disabilities.
Easter Seals is Canada’s largest local provider of programs, services, and issues-leadership and development for the disability community. Since 1922, Easter Seals Canada and its provincial member organizations have been working to create a more inclusive and accessible society that includes and honours the contributions and potential of Canadians of all abilities.
Forging the way for enhanced care and services for children with physical disabilities over the past century, Easter Seals Ontario has had a profound impact on the development of treatment, care, services and advocacy initiatives for these young people. Today, Easter Seals Ontario continues to offer life-changing programs that enable kids with physical disabilities to experience greater independence, freedom, and dignity, made possible through the generosity and dedication of donors, sponsors, local service clubs, volunteers and staff

How long do I have to walk/run?
You can walk, run, ride or roll whatever distance is most comfortable and doable for you. If you are more familiar with virtual walks and runs, we encourage you to challenge yourself.
Is this a timed or tracked event?
Do More is not a timed event. However, we want to encourage you to do more. So, if that means timing yourself to see if you can walk a bit longer, run a bit faster or ride a bit further – then go for it! You’ve got this and we will be cheering you on!
