Not only do I love supporting Canadian children in need, I promised myself I’d get out and move my body more, even if it is only one step more than yesterday!

How long do I have to walk/run?
You can walk/run whatever distance is most comfortable and doable for you. If you are more familiar with virtual walks and runs, we encourage you to challenge yourself. Perhaps, go a bit further this time or run a bit faster. Whatever it is we are excited you are doing more.
How will I get my Swag Bag?
We would love to meet you (Covid friendly, of course) at your local BioPed clinic! Two options.

1. Your Swag Bag will be sent to your local BioPed clinic that you choose for pickup (no shipping fee).

You will pickup your Swag Bag at your local clinic on Thurs May 20th – Sat May 22nd. Please confirm open hours of your local BioPed clinic before you head out to pickup.

2. If this does not work best for you, please check the Ship to Home option ($7+ tax) and you will receive your Swag Bag directly.

Swag Bags will be sent out starting May 1st. If you register after May 1st please allow 3-10 days to receive your Swag Bag.

When can I register?
Registration opens March 15th and ends on June 13th! Keep in mind the delivery of your Swag Bag could be delayed if you register closer to the event.
Do children have to register?

No. We would love to see families and children joining the walk although they do not have to register! This event is about joining together and raising support for the children at Easter Seals. Children are more than welcome to register and will receive a Swag Bag kit the same as all registrants (adult size shirts available only).

If you or your children would like to order an extra BioPed Do More Buff, head over to www.bioped.com. You can purchase the Buff for $12.99 with $5 donated directly to Easter Seals.

How can I stay Covid safe?
Safety first! We encourage you to follow the government guidelines for your community and follow existing protocols for your personal health and safety and those around you.
How much goes to Easter Seals?
Every registration ($20) will receive a Swag Bag with $5 going directly towards Easter Seals. If you choose to decline a Swag Bag your money will go directly to Easter Seals.
When do I walk/run?
Anytime! Officially, the training kicks off May 22nd after you pick up your Swag Bag. The Virtual Walk/Run will happen on June 13th in your community. We invite you to share your walking/running training journey with photos on the Do More with BioPed Facebook page anytime!
Is this a timed or tracked event?
Not unless you want it to be! The goal is to challenge yourself, get active and to do more than you did yesterday. But really, we want you to have a ton of FUN raising support for the children at Easter Seals!

What happens if I can’t participate in the event, can I get a refund?
We understand that things happen! We can offer you a refund for your registration if received prior to April 30th, 2021.
Do I receive a tax receipt?
You will receive a tax receipt for donations of $25 or more to Easter Seals. Your event registration will include a $5 donation to Easter Seals.

However far you want! The virtual event is for you to set a goal that works for you, maybe it’s 5K. Challenge yourself, inspire others and feel motivated. Start your training May 22nd and join us all for the virtual walk June 13th.

My sister challenged me to walk with her and I promised her that we’d get outside more so when I saw this Virtual Walk / Run, I knew it was perfect for us. We get to help kids and we get to move our bodies more, feel better, and know that we are helping ourselves and equally important, helping others!
